Salary: £45,000-£55,000 basic
Location: London office in Liverpool Street two days per week; home-based the rest of the week

Our client is a high-growth B2B SaaS company at the forefront of data automation and operational efficiency.
This role combines technical implementation and customer support, ensuring seamless onboarding and an excellent client experience.
Working across multiple teams, you will be responsible for configuring and validating data, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting customers throughout their journey with the platform.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to apply and develop Python skills, as well as gain hands-on experience in project management and customer success.
Implementation & Onboarding
Setting up new customers on the platform
Managing technical requirements for onboarding
Reviewing customer files and data using Python
Supporting implementation projects, including customer-facing technical discussions
Customer Support & Data Management
Monitoring data logs to identify potential customer issues
Assisting with error resolution and troubleshooting
Supporting customer success teams with data file integrations and system additions
Answering ad-hoc platform-related queries
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Degree in a technical field (Math, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related)
Experience with Python for data analysis and problem-solving
Nice to have
Experience in Project Management or Customer Success
Experience working with global customers
