The role

You’ll be a great executor and work closely with the marketing lead to support a variety of campaigns to help the business acquire, convert, retain, and upsell customers. 

Demand Generation: plan and execute campaigns to acquire, nurture, and convert prospects (organic social, paid social, email, webinars, events)

Content Marketing: understand the ICP and oversee the creation of content used in campaigns to create demand. You’ll work with a freelance writer and graphic designer to support you.

CRM: manage and set best practice for use of the CRM 

What you will need to succeed in this role

B2B marketing experience with a passion for execution (if you have some understanding of the fintech or technology space, that would be an advantage but isn’t essential).

Experience of running paid LinkedIn ads

Understanding of how to create demand through content marketing

The role

This is a newly created role to help the business plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and leads for the sales team. 

Campaigns: take responsibility for delivering integrated campaigns.

Copywriting: write copy that reflects the company's brand and its high-end luxury target audience. 

Design: create on-brand marketing materials like emails, brochures, and landing pages.

Digital: collaborate with an external PPC freelancer and track the success of digital campaigns. 

Marketing: assist the broader marketing team with events, webinars, partner marketing, and website management. 

What you will need to succeed in this role

Degree educated with at least a year of experience in B2B marketing (agency or client-side).

Track record in managing integrated campaigns from planning to execution and measurement. 

Excellent copywriting skills. 

Design skills (Canva, Adobe) would be useful but not essential. 

Self-starter, keen to learn, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role

This is an exciting and newly created role as the business moves from Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo to Hubspot. You will play a crucial role in this journey, assisting the marketing team and the wider business to derive long-term value from Hubspot. 

CRM and marketing operations: as the Hubspot 'guru', you will be tasked with setting up and managing the sales and marketing platform, along with other tools utilised by the marketing and sales teams. 

Campaign support: you will collaborate with the larger marketing team, consisting of four members, and assist in implementing marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for ideating on the customer journey and increasing lead generation with a focus on email marketing, nurturing, pipeline stages, and lead scoring. 

Data management: with a solid understanding of GDPR, you'll be very comfortable with data, including sourcing, importing, and segmenting data. You’ll also analyse and report on campaign and website performance. 

CMS: you’ll take ownership of the website, primarily Wordpress CMS, and ensure forms are set up and working, landing pages are built, and suggest any improvements to make. 

Webinars: you’ll take ownership for the technical aspects of webinars. 

What you will need to succeed in this role

You'll be confident using Hubspot and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of it.

B2B experience, client or agency side. 

A good commercial understanding with strong analytical skills. 

Excellent communication skills.
