Client Implementation Manager
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 basic
Location: London office (One day per week in-office near Liverpool Street), remote the rest of the week

The role

This hybrid role blends technical implementation, project management, and client-facing support. You’ll help bring customers onto the platform smoothly—ensuring data is accurate, processes are secure, and stakeholders are happy.

It’s a perfect fit for someone who loves problem-solving, wants to get closer to customers, and is excited by the idea of growing their technical skills in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Implementation & Onboarding

  • Manage onboarding projects for new customers
  • Review and validate large data files (Python skills needed)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines and integrations are met
  • Guide stakeholders through technical processes with clarity and confidence

Customer Support & Data Management

  • Investigate and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Work closely with customer success to support evolving client needs
  • Manage file integrations and platform customisations
  • Become a trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams

What you will need to succeed in this role

  • Strong experience in software implementation or technical onboarding
  • Confident managing projects and timelines
  • Comfortable using or learning Python for light data analysis
  • Great communicator with a proactive approach
  • A tech or data-focused degree is helpful (but not a deal-breaker)

Bonus points for

  • Experience supporting global clients
  • A background in professional services, consulting, or customer success
  • Familiarity with enterprise finance teams or systems
